Prices include: Mooring, water and electricity in Puerto deportivo de Santa Eulalia.

Complete equipment as described in the Models details listing. Bed sheets and Covers for one week charter. The boat is provided with a filled up fuel tank and has to be returned full as well - if not, the difference plus an additional charge of 20 € for filling up will be charged.

VAT is included in the price. On daily charter, or on Check-Out on Saturdays 9a.m, with a previous agreement of I-BE-ZETA CHARTER, SL, we will charge 80 € for cleaning.

Prices do not include: Food and Beverage, Fuel, moorings in other ports nor any other service which is not explicitly mentioned elsewhere.

Deposit: Deposit of Guaranty has to be in cash or by credit card. The deposit will be returned after a final check of the boat (including fuel check possible damage or loss). Any charges due to the final check will be taken off the deposit.
If chartered with a skipper from I-BE-ZETA CHARTER, SL the deposit is only 50%.

Skipper: The costs for a skipper are 150 € per day + food.

Embarking / Disembarking: Embarking time is Saturday between 12:00 and 15:00 hrs. Disembarking time is Friday until 18:00 hrs, or -with prior agreement by I-BE-ZETA CHARTER, SL.- Saturday at 9:00 hrs.
On daily charter embarking is at 10:00 a.m. and disembarking is at 18:00 p.m.

Insurance: All boats have full insurance (except for a self-risk-capital of 0.5% of the boat's value) and a complete set of registration documents.
( In case of damage, the client will be charged the amount of self-risk-capital)

Reservation: After you received our confirmation for your booking, you have 5 days to transfer the down-payment to our accounts. During these 5 days we consider the booking optional. When receiving the payment we'll send you a final and confidential confirmation of your booking.

Payment conditions: 50% of the full amount when you make the booking and sign the contract by money transfer to our account: I-BE-ZETA CHARTER, SL: SA NOSTRA 2051 0043 42 1043395183. The remaining 50% are due on embarkation. In case of a booking within a short period, the payment is due on embarkation in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation: The costs for a cancellation is 20% of the full amount, if it's done 60 days or longer before embarking date. The costs are 40% if cancellation is done within 30 to 60 days and 60% if you cancel less than 30 days before embarkation date.

Discounts: For direkt I-BE-ZETA CHARTER, SL. customers 5 % if you are a repeating customer. 5 % if you charter 2 weeks in a row and 10% if you charter for 3 or more weeks in a row. Discounts cannot be accumulated and aren't valid during peak season.
